Online Bill Pay Options
ALL PAYMENTS ARE DUE BY 12:00 NOON ON THE LAST BUSINESS DAY OF THE MONTH
In the past, payments were made by check or cash. Now, payments at the Borough office can also be made by credit and debit cards. Additionally, customers have the added convenience of paying FREE ONLINE by credit card, debit card, and electronic checks. The ELECTRONIC CHECK OPTION IS FREE and is deducted from your checking account. When you pay your bill by using the CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD OPTION, you will be charged a small fee. Debit cards are not electronic checks!!
Online access allows you to view and print your bill, pay your bill, and view your history and usage.
How to Set Up Online Access
When you click the button below that says, "Pay Your Bill Online" you will reach a login screen or the new account setup screen that says, "New to myCarrolltown Borough Online?"
- Click Set Up Online Access
- Fill in your Account number which will be: A 4 digit number, a dash, then a single digit (1234-0)
- Your CID number is located at the upper left hand corner of your bill and will have the letters "CID" right before it.
- Fill in your Email Address
- Confirm your Email Address
- Select a Password
- Confirm your password
- Select "CREATE ACCOUNT"

Credit and Debit Card Payments Made Online
You may also pay your monthly utility bill from the comfort of your home or office by using credit and debit online payment services. Debit cards are NOT ELECTRONIC CHECKS. They are treated as credit cards and may be assessed a small fee. Credit cards accepted: MasterCard, Discover, American Express or Visa. A per transaction service fee of 2.65% or $3.00 minimum will be charged by the payment processing company for this service.
